The tungsten-based alloy coating offers excellent corrosion resistance, anti-scaling, high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, and erosion resistance. It performs exceptionally well in wells containing H₂S, O₂, CO₂, and other gases, effectively preventing corrosion and scaling. The addition of wear-resistant particles like silicon carbide further helps to combat erosion-related corrosion.  

Vacuum Insulated Tubing is a highly proven insulation solution for many different applications including Annular Pressure Buildup prevention, Steam Injection, Heavy Oil production, Wax Appearance prevention, or Permafrost/Natural Hydrates preservation. Insulated casing/tubing is an important equipment for steam injection of oil production, which can reduce heat loss during steam injection, improve steam injection and oil recovery efficiency, and protect casing and cementing cement ring from thermal stress damage. At present, the traditional insulated tubing at the oilfield adopts a double-layer concentric pipe, and vacuum is achieved in the annular space between the inner and outer pipes and filled with heat insulating material.
